   Our meat department consists of the area's finest & most knowledgeable butchers, and our customers have been bragging about our selection for decades. Our poultry is always fresh ice packed instead of frozen, so we know just how fresh it is when delivered. The same goes for our American grown lamb, it is always delivered fresh. Our veal is 100% nature veal that is grown locally. The pork products are also fresh and grown locally. Last but not least, is our beef, all of which is U.S.D.A. Select or higher. We offer several Certified Angus Beef® selections for you to enjoy.

   Come in and explore our eclectic range of meats! We carry many items that are not commonly found in local supermarkets, like our traditional italian meats & our game birds. Our hard to find items is one of the many reasons why our customers continue to come back time & time again. We also have customers come from miles away for Center Cut Marrow Bones for their dog. Look, if we do not carry a particular item, call us and we will try to order it for you. Below is just a preview of our vast selection of meats we have to offer. Wholesale Meat Sales

One of the things that make us special is that we have daily federal inspection by the U.S.D.A. (the United States Department of Agriculture). The addition of U.S.D.A. to our facility has been instrumental in keeping us current with all of the codes and laws, as they change over time, and allows us to sell our meats on a wholesale level to neighboring stores and restaurants. We are not sure if you can find that at a supermarket.

   As a small-business, we are able to provide the attention that all customers want, but rarely receive in this day and age. Over the years, many of these restaurants have won 'Best of Awards' in the tri-state area. They also believe in quality, price and service.
